Valù,a “risotteria/braceria” in the spanish quarter’s heart, is no doubt a special place. The structure is very nice both inside-warm and welcoming and pleasant and fascinating outside.
It is a family run place, the owner,is very nice and clever so as all his family working there.
The idea (making only rice, and many meat’s courses) is original and winning.
Many kind of rice, all very good. I advice the one with radicchio, with soft cheese and pears, the pumpkin pureed soup, or the nuts and gorgonzola cheese one; among the second courses, the almond kitchen with honey, and the Amarone sauce filet.
Nice people hanging out, in spite it is in the Spanish quarters, fascinating and characteristic thing.
Very good quality/price ratio.
